By accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Scope of Services

One Fix Tech provides, but is not limited to:

  • Electronic device repair (phones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, accessories)
  • Diagnostics and evaluations
  • Mail-in repair services
  • Sale of accessories and related products
  • Online and in-store customer support

All services are provided "as is" and subject to availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities (Critical)

Before submitting any device for service, you agree that:

  • You have full legal ownership or authorization to repair the device
  • You have backed up all data (photos, contacts, files, apps, accounts)
  • You have removed passwords, locks, and accounts when requested
  • You understand repairs may involve disassembly and testing

DATA LOSS DISCLAIMER: One Fix Tech is NOT responsible for data loss, corruption, or disclosure under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data before service.

4. Pre-Existing Conditions

You acknowledge that devices may have pre-existing damage (including but not limited to water damage, board damage, weakened components, prior repair defects).

One Fix Tech is not responsible for:

  • Hidden or latent defects
  • Issues caused by previous repairs
  • Device failure due to internal deterioration

5. Parts, Quality & Compatibility

We may use:

  • OEM parts
  • Refurbished parts
  • Aftermarket or compatible parts

Part type may vary based on availability. Functionality is prioritized over cosmetic perfection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation

Any warranty offered applies only to the specific part repaired or replaced.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical surges
  • Software issues
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer misuse or third-party repairs

Warranty is non-transferable.

7. Mail-In Repair Terms

For mail-in repairs, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping risks are your responsibility
  • One Fix Tech is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
  • Devices not claimed or approved within 30 days may be considered abandoned
  • Return shipping is required before device release

8. Payments, Fees & Authorization

You authorize One Fix Tech to:

  • Charge approved payment methods
  • Collect service fees, diagnostics fees, and applicable taxes

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome

Electronic repair is inherently complex. No repair outcome is guaranteed.

In some cases:

  • Repair attempts may fail
  • Devices may become non-functional
  • Replacement may be recommended

By proceeding, you accept this risk.

10. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Service refusal
  • Account termination
  • Legal action to recover losses

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All Website content (logos, text, images, designs) is the exclusive property of One Fix Tech and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability (Very Important)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Fix Tech shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or device failure.

Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Fix Tech from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • False ownership claims
  • Violation of these Terms

14. Termination of Services
